Include the page URL, the passage and a dated public source where possible. For status changes or broken links, state the date and what you actually saw. We verify reports rather than automatically publishing an account as an established fact.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, complete card numbers or bank statements. A pseudonym is enough for an editorial correction. Our team cannot unlock an account, order a transfer or guarantee reimbursement.
